“Great location but can be noisy”
4 of 5 stars Reviewed 7 February 2012

Stayed here again for the third time and still impressed. Staff are very friendly and helpful. Continental breakfast for Gold members is free with only a £4 upgrade for full English. The location is right near Oxford Circus for underground, shopping and West End. Our bedroom was on the first floor, 107, this overlooks the goods delivery area for a number of Oxford Street stores and delivery trucks started at 6 am.

Room Tip: high floor away from rear

“A Great Place to Stay”
5 of 5 stars Reviewed 3 February 2012

We visited London last summer and our first necessity for an English hotel was air conditioning so we stayed in a Hilton. This hotel used to be a British courthouse and it still retained some of those interesting features as well as air conditioned rooms. Like all British hotels it had small closet space but that was a minor inconvenience. It was situated so well....right across the road from Liberty of London and across the way was an Au Bon Pain that was open almost all the time. It was convenient to the Tube at Oxford Circus and had a reasonable restaurant. The staff was aimiable and we had a delightful London visit.

Room Tip: In the summer opt for an air-conditioned hotel.

“Nice quality and location”
5 of 5 stars Reviewed 2 February 2012

As other reviewers have stated this is a great location and quality experience. The hotel is slightly cold in the sense of internal architecture with stone corridors and safe rooms, reflecting its heritage. The rooms were contemporary and well fitted out with nice bathroom and accessories with good lighting, sofa and good desk working area.

Front desk staff were very helpful and well trained. The bar was very busy at nighttime (a good sign). Its recommended.

“Great Location-Great service”
5 of 5 stars Reviewed 31 January 2012

Hotel is at the end of Carnaby St-very nice. Staff was very friendly and offered excellent advice, especially on getting to the Airport on our last day. Internet was down for first full day, but they were as helpful as they could be.
There is a Tube station just around the corner and a Boot drug store a block away. Piccadily square is a short 10 minute walk along Regent. Make sure to stop by Hamby's Toy store along the way. There are a couple of nice places to eat nearby or for take-away. If we go back to London, definitely will want to stay here again.

Room Tip: upstairs away from the Elevator is highly recommended

“Excellent hotel, perfect location. Lovely service, bar and room!”

Stayed at this hotel for one night during a short break in London. Located very conveniently opposite Liberty department store, just off Regent St, this is a true gem.

I stayed on a Hilton HHonors rewards night stay here in a room on the 1st floor. Beautiful decor and a lovely bar serving many lovely cocktails. Attentive and professional service - the man at the front desk when we checked-in gave us free cookies as we'd had a bit of a nightmare getting through London. Bless him! The concierge was also great.

The room was very comfortable and of a very good size. Will DEFINITELY stay here again. Thanks Courthouse!
