OK, first of all the positives:
Location wise it's not picturesque but it's only a 5 minute walk from North Acton tube, has a small supermarket nearby and it's very easy to find. It's a clean hotel and the bed was very comfy. The price was reasonable and the staff were friendly, allowed us to check out an hour later without charging the £10 late check out fee (which is just as well, because that would've been far too much).
Now for the negatives:
It may be well located for the tube, but the area around the hotel is absolutely dead, just industrial warehouses, offices and some new build flats. Despite saying on the list of room facilities that there was free internet access, this wasn't the case. The only free internet was on a PC in the lobby, which is a shame because one of the main reasons I picked the hotel was that there would be free access in the room. Also mentioned bathrobes and toiletries, neither of which were there. The ventilation in the room is non existant, making the room dank and damp, especially after a shower. I'm not sure if it was designed this way or not-but the bathroom door would not stay open on its own. There was no fan in the bathroom, so to air it out we had to prop the door open with a chair. As mentioned, the staff were friendly but had to call room service twice to get some extra pillows as after 30 mins of waiting at 1:30am they still hadn't turned up.

Thank you for taking the time to write the review on this website and I am glad to see that you found staff friendly and helpful. The hotel is ideally located for access to in and out of London and within reach to quite a few major attractions, Hotel also offers complimentry internet access in the lobby and wi-fi for 30 minutes, bathrobes and slippers are part of the executive room with a minimal upgrade fee. I have made a note of the ventilation comment and please be rest assured corrective action will be taken to ensure higher satisfaction going forward.
