We have booked one of your houses in london, 4 first street in chelsea. the owner is called shirley.

I must say i stay in london quite often and i must say really disliked this house.

First of all, it was quite dificult to make the reservation as the owner didnt used to answer my email...
We arrived the first night around 12 oclock at night time, and we waited for 15 minutes at the door, because she was sleeping.
For five nights and 6 days the bathroom hasn´t been cleaned!
The last day i have to asked for some clean towels.
There were no shampoo or shower gel at the bathroom just some bits of other companys like radisson...
I asked her where i could print 1 paper!!! and she sent me to somewhere near knightbridge.
There was no clean sheets in 5 days.
There was no kettler at the bedroom so if we wanted a tea we had to go into her kitchen which smelt horrible.
The house was so untidy.
The only time she spoke to us the first day to leave the bill and the last to ask about the money.

I am really sorry to say we will not repeat with her never and we will not recommend it to anybody.

The room was nice, but no so clean. The owner wrote me just 1 day in advance she would not provide me breakfast. No se3rvice at all: if you need fresh towels, go and buy them. so that thge price of GBP 100 for night is not fair. Positive issues: location and free wi-fi.

Lovely B&B. Communication was great. Location is great. WIFI worked well, I had to communicate with work so it was very helpful. We loved the restaurant across the street too! We would like to stay here again next time!

The location is the best. When you consider the reasonable price for London, you cannot find a better place. The house is charming, typically English, flowers and paintings and vases everywhere. A bakery just around the corner is the best way to start the day. I will go there again and again...
