We had a wonderful stay. Mary & David have a lovely home and were considerate and attentive hosts. We stayed in the top floor "penthouse" room with a private bath. The room (with twin beds) was roomy and comfortable. The bathroom was large and the tub was perfect for a soak at the end of the day. Everything was spotless. We especially enjoyed the hearty breakfasts Mary cooked to order each morning. David was very helpful with directions. We could also connect to WI-FI there - a bonus. All in all, a lovely place to stay.

Our family of 4 took over both rooms at the lovely home of David and Mary. Our boys were comfortably situated on the top floor with twin beds and a bathroom right outside the door. My husband and I were in a double room with a connecting bath. Both rooms and bathrooms were very clean and neat. The bathrooms have tubs only, no showers. David and Mary were extremely helpful in directing us to transportation and providing restaurant recommendations. We had 2 great meals close by...one at the French Bistro and another at an Italian place close to the train station. Breakfast each morning was fabulous! Mary cooks a full English breakfast, while David helps serve. We felt very welcome in their home and would highly recommend their B&B to anyone traveling in the area.

Stayed here after a long trip and arriving in London during a bleak February. Nothing could have been better, a cosy room, restful surroundings and the friendliest hosts. The area suited us very well for visiting nearby family, and we found some good places to eat.
