To be honest you get what you pay for. It is cheap and you get a basic room for the night. The only issue was a car alarm that kept going off every 15 minutes for over two hours at about midnight. I did wonder if there were any staff presence in the hotel overnight.

If you are not searching for a comfort the hotel is perfect.
The location is actually not the best, specially is you stay for more nights it's only good if you need to go at the airport for example very early in the morning or to Excel (is just 10 min walking)

When I wrote bed location I meant the restaurants, bars .... the closest are at Woolwich Arsenal (3 stops with DLR)

Breakfast: jam, coffee, milk, cereals, butter ad nutella

Good budget hotel, clean room,good car parking. Local DLR station for access to London transport links. excellent location for concerts or events at O2 arena, easy to find,back in hotel 25 minutes after concert finished Saturday.

This is a hotel for a very short cost-effective stay. Not the right hotel to opt for if you intent to explore London.
It's within walking distance from Excel Center ( 10-15 minutes ) .
The rooms are clean and modern. A bit small though. Breakfast is cheap and decent.
During my stay, there were some strong smell because some customers were cooking in their rooms ( it's forbidden and they were told by management to stop ).
The neighbourhood is not very lively and it's quiet at night. Lots of condo construction going on in the neighbourhood. You can see rats in the streets.
Otherwise, it's OK. The staff is very helpful.
