We stayed in the Baden-Powell House for one night on a college trip. The second i walked in, i found this place amazing. We got told we was staying in a hostle/hotel in central London, my first thought was, a bunch of youths,. but infact it was all ages and every one was friendly.

The staff were superb, showers and facilities inside the hostel were amazing, they even had a vending machines and a lounge area. It's a great place to stay.

Myself and 6 others stayed in london for a little while, while the rest of the group went back home, the hostel allowed us to keep our luggages in the luggage room while we explored London some more.

It was something i didn't expect, and it made my two day stay in london ever so exciting. At 1pm until 3pm we stayed in the lounge area and the staff allowed us to do so and there was always someone at recpetion. A great place to stay.

I stayed at the hotel overnight with a group of 36 students of travel & tourism. The customer service we received was excellent, the staff very attentive and pleasant. We arrived at 10am - and were able to leave our considerable luggage in their store room - despite not checking in until 6pm. Check in was straight forward, and despite the students sharing rooms - up to 10 to a room - all the facilities were clean, even the very small bathrooms, which were en suite and adequate for our requirements. The hotel was quiet after 10pm, and we were able to sleep - my only complaint being that the beds are not terribly comfortable. Breakfast was good, of the continental variety and in plentiful supply for all my students and the other guests. Once again we were able to leave our luggage for the whole of the following day - despite checking out at 10am. All in all I would highly recommend the hotel for good and very cheap London accommodation.

Just across the road from the museum quarter, really nice area and lovely staff

From the outside it looks very nice, inside things change a lot.
The price was not clear, they asked to me what they told me by phone about the price, I guessed a price lower and I got the bed.
Dirty, I've found nuts on bed and other things.
The bath are like the one you find on airplane but with shower.
Noisy, they are very good in party and other meeting organization, so forget peace when you're here.
Internet connection, a joke. The most expensive I've found. More than a service it's a disservice and you pay it as I've never seen.
Maybe I forgot something else, but I'm trying to forget this place.
