on arrival we were instantly told that our booking had been cancelled they said as my card had been declined ... even though when i booked this hotel i was told they would only use this card if i didnt show up .. however he said i could have the room for the 1 night only as he rebooked my second night .i then paid by the card which he said was declined only 2 hours earlier and had to think about finding a hotel for my second night !!! which i did next door at the stanley house hotel . the room that i booked was a double and when we got in it was a double with a single also we could hardley get between the beds . the on suite was small but clean . breakfast was as stated continental , cereal toast and jam . next doorfor the same money we had full english .

I spent just one Night in a single room. Small, as typical in london, but clean and provided with comforts and, moreov, free wifi!
Front desk professional, although not really joyfull.
I would suggest for travel workers on for who wants to spend few days in London.

This is a budget hotel and is within walking distance of Victoria. I found the front office and the cleaning staff to be very helpful. I stayed for 4 nights and decided to arrive earlier than planned. They were very helpful and tried to arrange a room for me at the nearby hotel and finally found a room. The rooms are quite small but clean. The staff at the breakfast place was also very helpful. The only reason I have given a low overall rating is because its a budget hotel with basic facilities. However when on a limited budget I will return.

this hotel is great location and reasonable price..its realy value for money...but staff is very egoistic...management should train them to be polite and helpful..u can stay here if looking for lower budget hotel..its neat and clean..everything is in order
