I stayed at this property for business and have stayed there a number of times in past year. Very pleasant staff, very good value for money overall. You can get 30 mins free internet per day, very good for keeping in touch with email, etc. 2 mins walk to Earls Court station, very central for London trip on business or pleasure.

Very disappointed with our room (310). The toilet was badly discoloured inside the bowl. The plug in the sink was broken. The bathroom generally poor. The room was extremely cold. And the heater stayed on for 10 mins and then you had to turn it on again.

My room is right by an outside vent that is so noisy it has kept me awake most of the night!! Will be asking for Goodnight guarantee to be implemented..posted at 05.42, when been awake most of the night!
