The elevator was out and I had to climb 5 flights of stairs to get to my room #503. The airconditinig/heating wall unit was also out of order. I asked an employee to look into it but he never returned. The bed was actually two twin beds pushed together and I slept in the crack between them. The room key is on a extremely large key chain that cannot be carried, but left at the desk when out and about. When I returned my identity was not checked before receiving the key. Aside from these issues the room was way undersized (even by UK standards) as was the bathroom for an outrageous rate of £196 a night. Run, don't walk from this place.
