Positive: very close tube station, breakfast good, staff friendly, free wifi
Negative: small and very basic room, noise from the street, free internet slow, cleanliness not outstanding

Considering the hotel prices in London, this is place is just OK.

A fine small hotel in W. London. A great place to spend a night or two if you are visiting West London for pleasure or business; the price includes a good basic breakfast.
Friendly and accommodating staff rounded out a short stay for me, when in urgent need of accommodation and even arriving quite late.

I discovered this hotel after I had to leave a previous hotel close by due to it being filthy. This hotel however was clean enough, and the manager and staff were extremely friendly.
Reception area, bar and restaurant all fairly small but clean and friendly.
The stairs and walls could to with cleaning and a lick of paint but nothing too drastic.
Room was fairly clean and warm, as was the bathroom. The shower didn't work unfortunately and an alternative room was offered.
Overall experience was pleasant enough and staff were friendly. Price was also ok.

What a wonderful last minute find! It's a lovely hotel in a beautiful area of London. The manager, Veronica, was so accommodating! Nice, fresh, clean rooms and a lovely breakfast in the morning. Couldn't have asked for a nicer stay! Thank you very much!!
