Our family quad room was clean and comfortable and large enough for me, my partner and our 13 year old son. Comfy beds with memory foam mattresses, newly refurbished shower room finished to a high standard. Free broadband, large flat screen TV in room and kettle with tea/coffee etc. Plenty of drawer and wardrobe space to store our luggage. Beds made and clean towels and new toiletries provided every morning by housekeepers. The dining room is small but you get a good breakfast of toast and cereal, hot drinks and boiled eggs (??!!!), manager let us take a tray to the room for breakfast in bed which was good of him as there were people moaning about queuing for a table. I think this is a good value, clean hotel and we would deffo stay there again for a short break in London.

The room and bathroom were newly refurbished and very nice. We had enough space (dressers and wardrobe) to but our things away. The receptionist was always smiling and very friendly. After check-out he allowed us to leave our bags there for a day.
Breakfast was OK. Room was little but we never had space problems. There was always place to sit. There could have been maybe a little more choice, but it wasn't a problem.
Rooms were cleaned every day, so it was very clean.
The only minus was the space between two doors where there was a wardrobe (in our room). There was no lighting and no space, it was very annoying.
Also they should change windows and doors, the doors dind't seem very safe, but there was nothing to fear, beacause the hotel was safe itself. The view from the window wasn't good either, but it's nothing to complain about.

Free wi-fi was great and we had a kettle in our room.. But not a hair-dryer as promised.

I would definetely stay there again! :) Good value for money and excellent location!

This is a newly refurbish hotel, so everything down to the toilet are new and great, If they provide a table and an electric kettle it would be prefect. .
