These are apartments that are owned by private individuals. When not in use, the apartments are let out to people vacationing etc. You don't know which apartment you're goint to get. I thought this one was going to be in Westminster but it turned out to be up the river a ways. The amenities are different from apartment to apartment so even though it says you get a pool, etc. you might not depending on the building the apartment is in. There is no room services, conceirges, etc. Random people seemed to clean the room before we got there. We were given the wrong key. I can't highly recommend this place. The apartment itself was pretty nice however.
