The BeB is in a safe point, a ten minut from Victoria Station.
The BeB is very welcoming, the personnel is always nice and cordial.
The room is hot, spaciuus, with a private bathroom, restructured and with a news tv.
In the BeB each day there are the room cleaning with the exchange of the dirty towel withcleane ones.
The BeB is a good place for who search a safe place to sleep.

OK:
Room + bathroom was new on top floor of hotel. Room + bathroom was ok, clean, working heating, Watertemperaturecontrol works, bed for two persons. Reception guy (I think the manager) was a very kind man

Could be better:
Water pressure was very low, so taking a shower took 20 minutes.
Breakfast; only toast...
People who aren't able to walk stairs / have a wheelchair ; DON't visit this hotel

I go every year in London for Wimbledon and this year I decide to go to see ATP WORLD FINALS IN 02 ARENA.Everything was great apart from the hotel.I stayed in room 41 on the
4Th floor.There wasn't any carpet on the floor and there are still builders working in the other rooms.When I entered the room was nicely made but the heating wasn't working and there wasn't hot water in the bathroom and the shower wasn't working because there wasn't enough water pressure. I went to the reception to ask what is going on and a young receptionist told me that the shower will be fix tomorrow and I have to use the shower in the basement, I stayed 5 days and they didn't fix it.He told me that the next day they will fix the heating too,I was the all day out came back about 9 00 pm and the heating wasn't working again I went to the reception to ask why is not fix but was a different Pearson and was to late to call somebody.I ask for a small heater and He went somewhere to check and came back with one and offer it to me but the top part of the plug was missing and I was able see the wires. I told him that wan't use this one and he went somewhere and came back after 10 mins whit a different heater.this one was fine but was so dusty and he just gave it to me without clean it first.The next day I went to ask for a iron and iron board.The young receptionist gave me a Iron but they didn't have any iron board in the hotel and I can use the bed but when I went in the room the bed was to far from the socket and when I ckeck the ironing surface was black .Breakfast was good and the service was very good(lady in charge of the breakfast was very efficient ) but the reception service was HORRIBLE.

We where a family with one 18 year old and two smaller children. Ordered a room for 5 people, the room was crowded with beds, the beds where clean but 2 of them had very bad matresses. The room was placed in the basement, it had a carpet on the floor that was not very clean. The bathroom was very very small, its just like the once you expect in a ship and a little bit worse than that. The hair dryer was broken, it was almost melted at in use it was almost burning!!
The most disappointing about the stay was that the desk manager where very rude when i made thee complaint. I overheard other people complaining about broken windows etc. he was not polite to them either. The other staff was nice.
I am aware that the hotel is beeing refurbished but still they could easily fix the things that were broken and even better dont be RUDE when the guests make a complaint!
The locatin is fantastic near to Wictoria station an bus number 24 that drives to Trafalgar square and stops right outside the hotel. There are many other hotels in the same street so i would advise you to check out other hotels in Belgrave Road, and not use this one!
