We stayed in October, 2011 in the smallest room we have ever seen in a hotel. The sink was cracked and there was no hot water. The Breakfast Room was not large enough for everyone to be seated and it was impossible to reach the food - not a good start to the day!
Only good point was its convenience with a bus stop right outside the door. Apart from this redeeming point, I would not recommend this hotel to anyone.

My family happened to stay in the hotel recently. There was no table or chair in the room, the telephone in the room was dead, and the whole hotel was cramped. Was not pleasurable experience and it ruined our whole London trip. I would advise not to stay here to save some money. Spend a little more and stay in a hotel and not in such lodges (cant call it a hotel).
By the way: if you are just looking for a roof and nothing more, this is your place..

My partner and i booked a room via laterooms.com. After coming to tripadviser after booking we was a little worried due to the negative reviews. We went anyway, The reception was lovely with very nice staff who offered to show us anywhere in london! She then checked us in and told us where our room was and about breakfast. We were put in room 14 on the first floor. the room was beautiful, clean and very well presented. the bathroom was not big but big enough. the shower was a power shower too. the only downfall was that the drain in the shower was very slow the tray got full quickly. In the room we had a hairdryer, kettle, cups, glasses and tea and coffee. We also had a balcony with double doors from our room. We were very pleased with our stay. It was lovely. we will deffinatly stay again.

Stayed at this hotel for 4 nights. If you are looking for a roof and nothing else this is your place. Starting with the good: nice people ( owners and workers), there's a bed and bathroom... Now the bad: hotel was still in constuction, in the room the bathroom door wouldn't stay closed, no hangers, one towel for each person. Worse things: bed sheets were filled with blood stains. Extra note the continental breakfast has nothing of continental, u get bad toast and watered down carbon taste coffe. Not booking here again!
