We stayed here for 1 night recently and couldn't fault it (apart from 1 incident). The front entrance to the hotel is very classy and modern and the courtyard is a nice escape from busy Fleet Street. The room was lovely and clean, the bed was so comfy I could have stayed there all day and the bathroom was fantastic. We got a token for £5 off a drink each in the bar and thought it was a nice touch. We got back late that night and found the room was cold so went to turn off the air con but it was stuck on, the man that came to our room couldn't fix it and offered us a room change but as it was late we didn't want to move. The next day I asked if we could be compensated with breakfast in bed and the hotel agreed. Obviously a few teething problems with it being a new hotel. We enjoyed the late check out of 12pm. A great stay!
