We stayed at the hotel 3 nights. It´s NOTHING like in their web pages. the rooms are awful, theres no space to mention.
Our room was in 4th floor, no elavator in our part (in the part were´s reception there´s an elevator, on the otherside you just have to climb the stairs..) it was dreadful! Our room had one double bed and one single bed. There was no space at all after that! Rooms are awful, only good thing to say is that the bathroom was renewed and very clean.
Rooms are very cold, noise from the street is continues and we had no shower for 3 days!!! Water was freezing cold and there was no pressure..tip..tip..tip. We asked from reception following morning if someone could come and fix it. Still it was freezing cold in the evening when we returned..reception said that someone had fixed it and he would contact the man again, no help for us since we were returning home alreaydy.
There´s also a phone in the room but no number to call the reception..in our case climbing the 150 or so stairs over and over again was a hell!
