I had the worst experience of accommodation and customer service. They had a cheap charge but they don’t observe the healthy rules! We booked a double room for two nights and during our staying there on the second night as I watching tv I saw a mouse came out under the bed. I was terrified because everything of our luggage was open during the day. Our room was in the second building. Don’t choose it. It’s an old building with old bathroom and towels, only 2 for 2 persons. Our room number was 247 and I asked to change room immediately! I called the reception to come and check the incident if they didn’t believe me. Nobody showed up! We had to leave early the next morning so we couldn’t find the manager, but I left a lot of messages at the reception. I called Mrs Patricia Escuadra,
General Manager many times, I sent her over 4 mails, the only thing that’s she told me after 2 weeks was that the Pest Control company confirms that there were no traces of mice being in the property at all at the time of our stay. That’s was very convenient for them after 2 weeks!! She didn’t mention nothing about compensation, she just said that I would have one night free in case I would staying at All Seasons London Leyton Hotel. There is no any possibility of something like that with that kind of customer service.
Of course I tried to find someone from the ACCOR HOTELS customer care department, just to mention the incident and Mrs Patricia Escuadra’s behaviour. All Seasons Hotels is a big brand name across the whole Europe and of course I have been trusted it a lot until now! They told me that they will refund me a compensation of one night charge, but nothing of that happened since 15th of December 2011, that we mailed. I’m trying to find someone to answer me.
Very bad experience for any kind of visitor!!!!!!!!!!!!
