We booked through the website of the hotel (240£ for a double for two nights, incl. english breakfast).The hotel is close to Oxford Circus Tube station. We were in room 1202. The room was very hot when we arrived. Could not figure out exactly how the AC worked, but we must have done something rights as the room was not so hot aynmore later on. The room is a bit dark and the decor a bit dated. The breakfast on the 15th floor was ok with great views of the city. Complimentary WIFI was slow. The beds were a bit hard for our taste.

I have been booked into this hotel several times for work, because of it's convenient location. I have stayed in various rooms and all seem in need of some care and attention. They are adequate, but no more - and rather dark. I just hope you don't have to pay the rack rate. Breakfast is average, with a limited buffet, which is a shame. It has some great views from the restaurant/breakfast area on the 15th floor. Ask for a high floor, to limit the noise as the double glazing is insufficient. I usually sleep with ear plugs! On the plus size, the location is within easy reach of a couple of underground stations.

Clean, comfortable, great service, great views of the west end, the location couldn't be any better for oxford street & shopping, i'm staying again :)
