For the price we couldn't complain too much, but it wasn't the best by a long way! The bathrooms were dirty and the lift didn't take us to the floor we wanted to be on (4th) the absence of duvets in the room was oddly disturbing as the blankets looked like they came from either a hospital or prison. We didn't have the breakfast as we found a lovely place round the corner. However, the worst part of our stay was the staff! They were unhelpful, and when you asked them anything they seemed like it was an imposition for them to help. This aside for the price we paid it was reasonable.
