My girlfriend and I stayed here for our first trip to London together. The Hotel is amazing although I found it odd there was no one working there that is English! Room was fabulous with great views of Hyde Park. The great location made it easy to walk everywhere we needed to go and any place a little farther away was accessible by the Underground which is just outside the hotel.

Only draw back is they had an amazing selection of Whisky and i found myself indulging way to much each night. Okay not a draw back!!!

This hotel is located is just at the location, one side of this hotel you will find busy Oxford street and other side calm and relaxing Hyde park. Service level here is personalised.
My family loved this place because of indoor heated swimming pool, this is something to to be missed at this hotel.

A nice hotel well located with quite spacious rooms for a city centre hotel.
Service could be better particularly reception which was quite slow with long queues. However it was in peak season and the hotel was full.
Smoker's paradise as they have an outdoor cafe on the pavement where you can enjoy a cigar watching London go by.
Nice high tea in the afternoon and great quick lunches at the cafe.
The laundry was exceptional and very quick if required.
A very helpful concierge who got us last minutes tickets to the best musicals in town.
Easy to get a cab or to walk to the closest shopping places.

We had booked a junior suite via an internet hotel provider site for our family including two children but there was a mistake in the reservation thru the website, and our room was not available. However, the staff quickly acknowledged the mistake and upgraded us to a corner suite which was a great start for the holiday. In general the hotel staff were very friendly and efficient and we had no complaints. Big thanks for the staff!

Overall the hotel has the best location in London, and our family really loved the hotel pool area.

I can strongly recommend for a couple or a family looking having stay in London.
