We stayed for 2 days and found our room comfortable, clean and quiet. We had the room next to reception, towards the rear on the ground floor. The staff were friendly and helpful and we were able to leave our luggage as we had a later flight back to Australia. They booked us a private cab for our trip to Heathrow which worked out cheaper than a taxi. We thought the location was fabulous, with a bus stop virtually on the doorstop. We did not breakfast there but chose to eat at a cafe round the corner in Crawford Street called Minos. Great food, fast, friendly service and very economical - well patronised by building site workers who usually look for value for money.
Would happily stay at this hotel again.

Rooms are great ..very clean & Tidy !! All tou need to Stay just no Bar ..But you can just pop across the road and buy something ! All good restaurants around the area to suit all budgets .

This hotel wasn't the most comfortable place I have ever stayed - the decor was a little tired and the room was cramped but as we were only staying one night that wasn't too much of a problem. The location is great though and the staff were fairly helpful. The bathroom was modern and very clean but for the price I'm sure you can find better in London.

We stayed here for one night and the location was perfect and the room was fine. We went to see War Horse and the next morning took the Chunnel to Paris. This hotel is a good value for London but not fancy.
