Our family (2 adults & 2 children) stayed here for a week in November and will definitely stay here again on our next visit to London. Great location, clean apartments, friendly staff. Easy access into London city centre, Westfield etc (buses just around the corner). Plenty of shops and restaurants close by yet the hotel is tucked away from the hussle & bussle in a quite alcove behind the main road. Perfect for a home away from home.

My family and I, 2 adults and 3 children stayed 6 nights in November in a 3 bedroom apartment (which comprised a 2 bedroom + a 1 bedroom) that are inter-connectable. The apartments are clean and the kitchen, although small, was very useful for making simple breakfasts and dinner, especially when you need a change from eating out. There are various eating places in the vicinity and supermarkets within 5 to 10 minutes walk. Hyde park, Natural History Museum, Science Museum, Harrolds are within walking distance of 30 minutes or so. Even Buckingham Palace can be reached if one is willing to walk a bit more. For further distances, the Kensington High Underground is 5 minutes walk away. Very convenient. Gentiana at the reception is really friendly and helpful. She helped us to purchases for our breakfast on the first day prior to our arrival in case we were too tired to go out. She also helped with airport transfer bookings and transfers to St Pancreas Station for our onward trip. The transfers were arranged and executed without any problems. It was overall a happy experience. Will we certainly say again the next time we come by London.

2 bedroom Apartment is large and well appointed. Located on quiet cul de sac. Hotel staff is very friendly. Nice shopping near by. Perfect choice.

1.You truly cannot beat the location of these serviced apartments! We have stayed here for many many years - and thought it may be time for a change.....but, after looking at other places, we just couldn't do it because not much else in this range can offer such convenience for exploring London. It's so close to the buzz of Kensington, yet tucked away one road back in a quiet street.
2.The staff is amazing - and Karen Wong is a gem - professional and so helpful. Fatima, the housekeeper is still there after all these years and doing a fantastic job.
3.The tube is an easy walk away and there are bus stops on the doorstep.
4.The High Street shopping is an absolute pleasure in comparison to the crush of Oxford St - and most main shops are represented here.
5.There are some lovely bijou eating places just a pleasant stroll away - on the doorstep - French, Italian, Eastern...
6.Kensington Palace is a hop and a block away - and the gardens are perfect for a summer picnic. Wholefoods is just around the corner so you can pick up your picnic basket on the way!
7.The Royal Albert Hall is a short bus ride down the road - book early for Prom tickets!

I see that some reviewers have complained about the furnishings and while I agree that it is a little dated - they do seem to be busy with a decorating upgrade...slow but sure! You can always go onto their website to see photographs of the rooms - so you know what you are getting. And if there is anything missing in the rooms, Karen goes the extra mile to sort out the problem.
