This hotel is in a quiet street, but with excellent connections to city center. The staff is friendly, the rooms are nice and clean and the breakfast is for every taste. Also 5 min. walk from the O2 center with a wide range of reataurants and shops.

A modernish box, designed for packing them in. The rooms are not quite big enough and the bathrooms follow suit. The design is bland to the point of boring. Everything seems to be clean and well maintained. If you just want a stopover in this part of London, it serves perfectly well. The staff, many of whom speak good English, are pleasant and helpful. There is not a restaurant for lunch or dinner and not a very good selection of places within walking distance. The breakfast room is pleasant and the breakfast buffet is not bad. The price is pretty good for this sort of thing in London.

This hotel was excellent..We have been to London on many occasions, and stayed at more expensive ones in the west end..This hotel is comparable with any of them..The staff were friendly and courteous especially Ausra on reception..Tubes were close by..Buffet breakfast was great..Highly recommend.

We recently stayed for three nights at this property and were quite pleased with it. The only real complaint we had was that it was very hard to find, and the directions we received with our booking were not helpful at all. But once we finally got there, everything else was great. The staff was pleasant and helpful. Our room, while not luxurious, was clean and comfortable and compared quite favorably with other properties we have stayed at in London in the past. When we booked through the website, we were only given a choice of 2 single beds and a rollaway for three people, but we were put in a room that actually had 3 single beds which made it much more comfortable for our third person. We thought the breakfast was great, plentiful and good variety; they will even cook fried, poached or boiled eggs for you if you don't like their scrambled ones. The wifi worked quickly and well. We could easily take the nearby subway or bus and be in central London in no time at all. The parking lot was small, but adequate. All in all, we had a great stay and will likely return there in the future and will readily recommend this location to others.
