A nice little hotel a few minutes walk from Notting Hill Gate tube station.

The rooms were clean and the staff friendly. There were four of us in a quad room and we were impressed with the use of space. A pair of twin beds adorned the room, with stairs up to a balcony with a double bed. Perfect for what we needed.

The place was quiet,clean and well appointed. i liked it and will try and stay again.

I thought the place was ok, seemed like it was simple and clean, nothing fancy, but will do! But after sleeping for about 20 min, i was awoken with about 8 bites on my hand (that hurt for the next week) and other bites on my body. I turned on the light, and the bed was crawling with ticks. I have never seen these kind of ticks before, they were nasty! The hotel put us in another room for the night, as it was past midnight, but I couldn't sleep, as there was noise from the neighbors. I had to throw away my pyjamas and the hotel didnt give us a re-fund.

The staff are rude and LAZY and could not care less. Can not emphasise enough how slack people are in this place....they should be embarrassed!!!

Received a less than friendly welcome after arriving 30 minutes early to check in.

My room was pokey. Very pokey. Cleanliness wasn't great either; found a very ling hair in the sink, and another hair in my tea cup. The bed was bumpy and very uncomfortable. There was a small tv in the room, but bizarrely could only pick up bbc news channel 5 and qvc.

Breakfast was included in the price of the room, but I opted out of that, as I wasn't told where it was or what time, and after the hairs in my room, I thought it would be better to eat out.

The only saving grace for this hotel is it's location in central London.
