This hotel was great! Three girlfriends on a long weekend in London could not have asked for better. It was very reasonably priced, had a nice breakfast (good coffee -- very important!), the staff were excellent, and the rooms clean and comfy. The best part was the location though - it was maybe two minutes' walk away from the Marble Arch end of Oxford Street.

The bathrooms were small but clean, and there was complementary coffee and tea in every room. There was also a great pub down the road called the Three Tuns ;-)

I would recommend this hotel to anyone not used to unreasonable levels of luxury!!

The hotel is lovely and clean, the breakfast was good and we were fed enough to keep us going throughout the day. The staff were lovely, honestly the nicest staff I have ever encountered in London. Stayed in a standard double room which was fine for what we needed, the en-suite is bijou but workable and clean. Will possibly need to install some sound insulation in walls (lets just say we were next door to a very active and vocal couple!) but other than that no complaints and we would certainly stay there again (just not on Valentines night ;-)

Gave this hotel an average score because its just ok. Good location. Ive stayed here twice now and both times found the room to be clean and tidy. First time I stayed I had a basement room with twin beds. It was small but suitable for me. The second time I stayed I had a family room with two double beds and a pull out double. As I was on my own the room was of course plenty big enough. The pull out didnt look too comfortable and I wouldnt have liked to stay for a long period of time. The bathroom in the family room looked like it had been refurbished fairly recently and although there were a few "details" which let it down, it was nicely done. I would definitely stay here again as it is a very handy location for my work. Cant rate the breakfast as Ive never had it. Also cant rate the staff as Ive only dealt with the person on the reception and he was ok both times.

My husband and I stayed here for a week during New Year's Eve and loved it. The location is perfect, sitting a few blocks from Oxford St with numerous shopping and dining options. It was very easy to get around seeing as there are bus stops and the Marble Arch underground station no more than a few blocks away. Our room (room 4, double standard ) was small but charming, the size of your average guest bedroom in the US. It was a perfect size for 2 adults sharing a bed. Everything was very clean. The bathroom was tiny with enough room for the toilet and a small shower. The sink was separate, but in the room. I actually enjoyed the separate sink so that we could get ready quicker. The staff are very friendly, and let us leave our luggage once we had checked out so that we may still roam around the city until our flight. All in all...LOVED IT.
