I stayed at the Grange from the 3rd to the 5th of February. The staff could not do more to help and the restaurant/bar attached to the hotel is lovely for a glass of wine. Its a great location and the rooms are clean and comfortable.
My friend arrived from an overnight flight into London at 9am and they got her room ready straight away - and even apologised for her having to wait 30 mins despite check in not officially opening till 2pm!
It was a really lovely stay and I would go back again.

Good hotel in a central but quiet pleasant location, handy for some of the key tourist sites - Buckingham Palace, Westminster Cahtedral, Westminister Abbey, Lambeth Palace and the Houses of Parliament. Also within walking distance of St James Park and Green Park. Rooms clean if somewhat fade elegance, old fashioned and depending on the room given can be small. Beds comfortable. Ensuite bathrooms small but clean. Staff very friendly and helpful. At the lower end of the Grange family of hotels in London but for such a convenient and quiet location close to Westminster and Victoria it is good value with some good restuarants in the area if you wish some variety to the hotel food.

Breakfast if included in rate is of value but otherwise go to one of the cafes in the area.

On business, rooms a bit old fashioned, staff excellent. Restaurant surprises with quality and valueLocal pub the Queens v good .

I've stayed here now a few times on business. The hotel is located on a quiet side street overlooking a garden square - probably best to ask for a room on this side of the hotel if possible. It's very handy for Big Ben, Houses of Parliament and Buckingham Palace. The staff tend to be friendly, with a helpful concierge service. I've supposedly been upgraded to an executive room a couple of times - the reality has not wowed me - but perfectly adequate. The breakfast is not anything special - again adequate but not sparkling - but I think if you're staying here the chief reason must be the location - very handy yet quiet.
