Rooms were a little small but can't really complain. Good location next to Hyde park, a little far from downtown London but with the tube it doesn't really make it a problem (just remember the tube stops running later at night and a cab ride can be costly if you're far). It can be a little noisy since it's on a busy street but not too bad.

CLEAN! That was my number one requirement, and I was thrilled. The bathroom was spotless and I have a high standard for bathroom cleanliness. Good water pressure and hot water, too. I was in room 408 - it was a tiny attic-nook room up the top staircase. I didn't mind the small size of the room or the short climb up the crazy stairs. Nice location on a lovely street. The free breakfast was good: cereal, toast, fruit cocktail (canned, but whatever), yogurt, boiled eggs, cheese, croissants, coffee, juices. The staff were friendly. The location is nice. If this hotel keeps it up, I'll return every time.

This hotel is in a nice area very close to paddington train but it stops there. The outside is very posh looking for sure. The bed was comfortable and clean but the room is very small. We had two large suitcases and found it difficult to find a place to put them. The air was stuffy and hot and until late in the night you can hear doors slamming. The walls are very thin as well. We were not able to sleep very well even though we were tired. The staff was fine and the breakfast was adequate. I would not recommend this hotel to my friends and I would not stay there again.

This location is super only 2 blocks from Paddington station and easy connect to all of London. The first night room they put me in (a 4 night stay) was the size of a postage stamp, room 307, no place for luggage unless you slept with it. I was moved to a larger room I was traveling solo. They expected you to use the same small bath towels your entire visit and I suspect that the bath was not cleaned every day. The price was very good and the location was the best. Beds not comfortable and the pillows were like sleeping on rocks. The photos make the rooms look much larger.
