Perfect location right on the corner of Trafalgar Square, opposite Canada House in the very heart of the city. It is very discreet and hard to spot, you could not tell that it is a Hilton property, the name is small and positioned unobtrusively above the entrance door. Once inside, you'll be greeted by a very well appointed gentleman who I first thought was Joe Cocker. The lounge and bar area are somewhat dreary by day, but have subdued lighting by night and make a good spot for a rendezvous. Rooms are a nice size, quality if sparse furniture, and a nice comfortable bed. I was disappointed by the basement restaurant, food was of acceptable quality, and relatively cheap for this location. The rooftop bar was closed because of the time of year, but it looks like it would be great in the summer.
All in all, I would recommend this hotel as ideal for a few days, but I would be reluctant to spend a long time here.
