The Bed & Breakfast Club is an agent who puts you in touch with people offering B & B in the location & on the dates you wish to stay - we were looking for somewhere quiet in central London that was also close enough to walk to shops, museums & the tube. We were fortunate to be offered 2 nights at Annie's B&B, which is off Walton Street - it turned out to be near perfect. In terms of location, it is in a quiet street 5 -10 minutes walk from Harrods and also the V&A, Natural History and Science Museums (and the tubes at Knightsbridge and South Kensington). The accommodation was super with a lovely double room with a huge en-suite bathroom. Our hosts, Annie and Ian could not have been more helpful and friendly - the breakfast was magnificent and you had the choice of pretty well anything you wanted to eat. Highly recommended!

The Bed & Breakfast Club is great place to stay in London. The hosts are very kind, the rooms are great (and clean!) and the breakfast is amazing. They made our honeymoon welcoming and answered all of our questions including how to navigate the tube. We highly recommend.

We are a young couple and in the property of Kennington and Hyde Park we found areally wonderful landladies who did everything to make our stay as comfortable as possible. From the cleanliness to the helpfulness we really found the better solution (a really good value for money) to stay in London. We felt like we were in our home. Go there!

In a lovely late victorian home in a quiet road, Martin and Sue are very kind and perfect hosts, with impeccable taste and old-school standards of service. The rooms are very comfortable. It would be better if there was a desk to work at, but I would definitely not use a hotel again now that I've discovered this little gem!
