The staff were curtious, helpful and welcoming. The room was clean and quiet.

My first time at the Rubens and I was immediately struck by how helpful the staff were. The room, although not huge, was beautifully clean and all fabrics and finishes really well maintained. The bed was extremely comfortable - all in all a really pleasant stay.

We found the hotel to be very comfortable and the staff excellent, helpful and polite.

We had a double room and which was a good size with a very large, comfortable bed. The bathroom was modern with a great shower.

Location is good, very near Buckingham Palace and Victoria Station and within walking distance (15-20 mins) of Big Ben and the river. The walk down Birdcage Walk towards the river is very pleasant.

We ate in the Library restaurant which was a good standard and comfortable. We had breakfast served in our room for a change and it was top drawer and huge.

I'd definately use this hotel again.
