I stayed here on my last night in London, and chose it because of its affordable cost and proximity to the center of London. Many other hotels are FAR more expensive that this, but this was really all i needed. If you have a lot of luggage, it may be tricky, as the room was not very large, but it was the perfect size for me and my large suitcase. There is also a place to store your clothes, and a gorgeous and CLEAN bathroom. The owner was very friendly and helpful, giving me directions everywhere I needed, and there is 24-hour help available next door at their sister hotel. They even let me use a US electricity adaptor, AND there is free Wi-Fi. The only downside was having to lug my stuff up four flights, as there is no lift. Worth it, though!

My bf and i recently stayed in this hotel and we would definitely book this place again in the future. This hotel is located near Bayswater tube station and there are several convenience, pubs and restaurants close by. You are also within walking distance to a coffee shops, a shopping mall, Kensington Gardens, and transit. The hotel is clean with good service, I would recommend staying here if you're looking for a hotel in a good prime location.

This the first time I write a review for anything but I just had to share how charming and cozy the hotel was and decent bargain. It's located in a cute lil' area surrounded by nice homes and trees. I felt safe and secure and once I entered the hotel we met the sweet receptionist. I travelled with my husband and 2 year old boy. They accommodated us in a large room with a double bed, twin bed and play pen! It had a large clean bathroom with a standup shower which had amazing water pressure! very quiet and walking distance from the train station, like a 3-5 minute walk. Lots of places to eat and shop, bustling with lots of people of all kinds. Our second day we were greeted by an equally sweet receptionist that gave us advise on what to watch out for on the streets. It was very easy for us to get to the hotel from the airport by tube. Overall we had a beautiful time during out 2 night stay and both my child and hubby were very comfy and happy too. Please note, there was no microwave in the room.

It was a great place to stay. It's in a super convenient area, close to shops and cafes, as well as the Underground stations. The beds were comfortable, and though the floors were a bit squeeky (and the walls a bit thin), the building has great character and charm! We loved it!
