We arrived at 7am after a very long flight from Brisbane and we were welcomed with smiley faces, a delicious warm cookie each and a room ready for us to check into! The room was perfect, nicely decorated and the doona on the bed was so cosy. The only negative about the room was that the shower took 10 minutes to get any hot water through the taps, but we knew we just had to fire the shower up a bit before we wanted to use it!! Breakfast buffet was outstanding, eggs cooked to order and a large selection of breads, meats, cheeses, fruits, cereals etc We would definitely recommend and would definitely stay here again.

Hilton just bought this palce and are renovating it. Its right next to Victoria station. Cant be beat location wise for easy access to tube and trains. Also short walk to several attractions, especially buckingham palace.

I would give this hotel 3.5/5. It is nice, hot cookie on arrival, Crabtree & Evelyn products in the room, wonderful breakfast. The rooms are really small though, not much bigger than the double bed! But they are nicely done, and I suppose that's what you get in central London.
