One of my favourite hotels in London. Short trip on underground out of London to Holland Park or Shephard Bush.
Check-in always super fast.

Executive lounge very good, staff always very pleasant and attentive.
Room reasonable size and good for
London. I would prefer a shower unit, rather than bath/shower. Water pressure is not too good, but ok!
Gym could be larger, but new and good selection of equipment. Good sauna and steam room.

Just checked out this morning. The property was pretty typical of other Hiltons in the area - rooms were okay (not great), executive lounge was fine, food was decent. The biggest complaint was that the internet was completely unreliable so if you need to be connected, this is not the place for you. I spoke to the manager and she was completely sympathetic and apologized profusely. Apparently they have just switched over to BTOpenzone and are having (ahem) challenges. The manager was very customer service focused so I give her credit for trying to make it right; however, it seems the issue is beyond their control (for now).

While not in the centre of all the activity of Central London, this is an easily accesible property to most of what London has to offer at a more reasonable price compared to hotels more centrally located.

This hotel is along a main thoroughfare for buses (the bus stops in front of the hotel) and a few blocks away from the gleaming new Shepherds Bush underground and overground stations, as well as a new coach/bus station. A stone's throw away is the brand new Westfield London shopping centre with loads of upscale shops and plenty of dining options.

This hotel is close enough, yet far enough away from all the noise and excitement that makes London such a vibrant city. I always enjoy a great night's sleep here and the service is impeccable!

Shepherds Bush has come a long way from the jokes made on shows like Absolutely Fabulous (even though the hotel is in Holland Park.) Have a nice quiet evening here in the ground floor lounge after a trip into central London, or relax in your nice quiet room. This hotel also has a concierge lounge for Hilton Honors elite members with plenty of goodies and drinks to choose from.
