I stayed for one night and arrived at 10pm to a very rude and unhelpful man on reception. After being given no indication about where to find my room or what floor it was on, 6 floors later I found my room. Disappointing is an massive understatement!
The bathroom was tiny, and the tap didn't work for the first 3 attempts, and when it did there were massive air locks constantly. Green bits of mold flaked off the tap when it was turned on.
Technically there was a lot crammed in the room, unfortunately I could reach everything provided from my bed as it touched the walls on 3 sides.
The steps were worn and potentially a falling hazard, further to this there was a large black cable running across the floor and under the bed which I couldn't unplug and kept falling over it.
I didn't have breakfast but on reading other reviews, this seemed a wise choice.
Recommend room 607 would serve better as a cupboard.
There are plenty of other hotels in the area, which if you look through a price comparison site, are no more expensive. Do not stay at Duke of Leinster Hotel!
