The NH Harrington Hall is good located near the Gloucester Road Tube station. The staff is friendly and really helpfull! The size of our room was ok and the bed was perfect. It was a pitty that the state of the room and in particular the bathroom was a little bit worn out.
Our Breakfast was ok , the items on the buffet were nicely presented, however the coffee had no taste at all.

We got a good deal through Gala hotels, without that I would review it to not being such a good value for money. Not a very 4-star feeling, but a nice place and good location. 2 minutes to walk to the Underground (Gloucester Rd) with 3 lines, cafes and restaurants close by, very nice breakfast included in the rate, nice people working at the front desk and in the bar/restaurant. The size of the room was not too bad, but seemed like this was not a standard size room (smaller). However the bed was a joke for 2 northern european people, I would guess 140cm * 190cm! Maybe ok stanrad in the south of Europe where the average height is smaller, but not here! Also many spanish emplyees in this spanish hotel chain, language could therefore be an issue at some times! Depending on the rate you get, it's a fair to good alternative.

We arrived at 2.30pm and gave the woman our name. She asked if we had stayed there before (no) and were we British (no). She then looked at her screen and annouinced that there were no double beds available so she would give us a room with 2 single beds. I said I had pre paid for a double and that is what I would like. She said there weren't any availabloe and I said that's not good enough. She then disappeared into what I imagine was her manager's office for about 5-7 minutes. She returned, typed a few things into her computer then produced a key for a double room. No apologies or explanations.

We had brought a few water bottles with us to place in the fridge. We could not open it and didn't see a place for a key. A member of housekeeping was in the hallway and we ask her to look at it. She didn't speak English and just shook her head. A woman in a bkue suit then entered our room and called reception and told them we wanted out fridge unlocked. They never came up to us.

Throughout the entire stay no one said hello or good morning. To enter and exit the hotel you pass right by the reception desk and the entire 4 days we were never greeted.

But the room was a decent size, bathroom modern and clean and the location fantasic. Only 2 blocks from Glouster Road tube station.

Overall most things with the hotel are fine, Friendly staff, excellent breakfast, excellent location.
The rooms need to be renovated.
