Stayed here with my wife after some time apart due to working abroad for a few months and the stay exceed all my expectations.
We stayed in the spacious Ottoman suite the price of which was very reasonable compared with other hotels in the vicinity for a room of the same calibre. The room comprised of:
1. A very large bed
2. Large free standing roll top bath
3. Fire place
4. Balcony with outside seating
5. Lounge chair and footstool
6. TV
7. Bathroom equipped with two sinks and a shower
8. It even had its own secret entrance!
The hotel is tucked away in a private garden square, it feels far from its locale. The modern-colonial style was created by its well-travelled owner, who apparently personally sourced many of the exotic and antique furnishings which decorate the rooms and give them their Far East feel.
The staff are very friendly and accommodating, and the breakfast and latte's were very good (I need to find out where they source their oranges from!).
Overall a very pleasant stay and most definitely will stay again.
