on first impressions it didn't look too bad a bit run down, but clean.
on the night time we setteled in after a trip to see Phantom of the opera, only to be kept awake from the annoying generator buzzing constantly and the knocking, dripping noise from the antique central heating system.we moved rooms at 1:30 only to be awoken from the constant baging of the lift.
My wife complained in the morning and the staff rolled over with no fuss and issued a full refund, obviously thjis is a regular occurance. Needless to say we will not be staying here again.

we stayed in this hotel for 3 nights. The room was noisy as the double glazing didn't work. The heating was also broken. We reported it and when we returned later they left a small fan heater on the room because they couldn't fix it. The room and the halls smelt musty. The walls in the halls we also covered in cracks and the plaster was coming off. Don't stay here. If u r on a budget go to an easy hotel or if u have more cash go anywhere but here.

Went down to london for one night to see a theatre show. At first glance doesnt look great but for the price you paid (for me i think it was around £40-50 for one night) you cant moan. Its clean, tidy and has all the basic stuff like TV, Kettle etc. Bathroom was clean, and we could still get in after 10 even though people are moaning that they couldnt. Staff were friendly and i had nothing to moan about. Basic bog standered hotel for a bog standered price.

We stayed her for one night and it was fine. As other reviews are saying it could do with an update as it was a little shabby but for the price (we payed £25) I couldn't complain.
It was clean and comfortable and surprisingly quite, we were on the 3rd floor and at the back but I'd taken ear plugs just in case.
It was about 10 mins walk from the nearest tube station but once you'd done the route once it was fine.
If you are on a budget and don't mind it being a bit rough around the edges then this hotel will be right for you.
Would stay here again.
