First things first I have no affiliation to this hotel or any other hotels. Myself and my wife stayed at the Hilton metropole hotel for four nights B/B 09/Feb to the 14/Feb,2012 and prior to booking I read some very negative reviews as regards this hotel however in my oppinion I am glad to say they were totally unfounded the hotel is very well located with two tubes stations on its door step one serves central London and the other is the circle line the hotel is ideal for tourists or for business. The hotel building from the outside is very impessive and it lives up to expectations on the inside it is spotlessly clean, and well maintained the staff are very mannerly and courtious and helpfull, housekeeping is excellent the leasure facilities swimming pool sauna steam room gym are also excellent and a big plus. The food is very good, the breakfast is well worth the extra few pounds what makes me wonder is why all the guests who wrote negative reviews about this hotel did so they must be very hard to satisfy I have stayed in hotels all over the world five star and four star establishments the Hilton metropole hotel is a very well run and efficent hotel so if you booked this hotel or are thinking about booking it go ahead and do so you will not be dissapointed and as for the negative reviews from some guests I respect their oppinion and they are entittled to have their say.
