Took my mother-in-law for a midweek break. Great reception/breakfast facilities and staff. Lift very small and carpets do need to be replaced but beds are comfortable and clean and so was the bathroom. Breakfast was great and you could help yourself to toast, cooked meats, boiled eggs, tea, coffee, hot chocolate, yoghurt, cereal etc. would use this hotel again as great value for money and in a fantastic location. Thanks Americana hotel for a memorable stay!

The Americana hotel is a nice, friendly, conveniently located hotel.

We thought the room was on the small side but not tiny.

It was very frustrating that there did not seem to be enough hot water each morning despite showers at 7am.

The carpets seemed a but dirty throughout, could do with a deep clean!

Breakfast is good, croissants, ham, tomato, cereal, yoghurts, tea coffee etc.

Staff seem really nice and friendly and the location was great for Regents College.

Was a winner from the off as it was so easy to find, got the EasyBus from the airport to Baker St and the hotel is no more than 400m around the corner from the tube station. On the short walk from the station we quickly realized what a good location it was, passing several cafes and restaurants and even a 24hour Tesco Express. As for the actual hotel, the rooms are small but are very comfortable and modern to make up for it. Perfect for a young couple where all you need is a bed, a TV, a table and a bathroom. The complimentary breakfast was delicious with everything you could ask fro in a continental breakfast included hard and soft boiled eggs. Finally it is no more than £10 taxi to any of the usual shopping or tourist spots. Seriously recommended!

This hotel is easy walking distance to subway. Staff were so pleasant to deal with and eager to help in anyway. They went above and beyond to make our short stay enjoyable. Room was small but pleasantly adequate.
