Great repeatable service here - crispy clean bed linen, good size rooms and room service food at the same quality as restaurant which is not often the case in large hotels.
The journey out can sometimes be a drag - especially with luggage, but I'm always glad when I get there!

We needed a hotel not far from wembley last Saturday and also near enough to get into central London for a Saturday night celebration. This was a perfect choice.

Yes it's not attractive from the outside and desperately needs a lick of paint outside but the inside was nicely furnished and the rooms in good order.

The hotel is an easy walk from Swiss cottage tube station on the jubilee line and this is just three (I think) stops to bond street and central London.

We ate out but food in the bar and restaurant looked great and breakfast wasn't bad with good freshly made omelettes.

Swimming pool area needs a bit of investment but is still a nice place for a bit of relaxation.

Would def stay here again as the price was less than half a hotel in the bond street area.

The concierge was super. He went out of his way to be helpful and resolve a problem with a transfer to the airport. His name was David and he was most helpful. The rooms were nice. The breakfast was very good. Decent location with a short walk to the tube and some nice restaurants in easy walking distance.
