Other trip adviser entries are correct. Don't be fooled by the old fashioned outwards appearance of the hotel - it is worth the mooney and the staff are extremely friendly

Travel to London 3-4 times a year. This is by far the best I have stayed in regardless of the price.
Would recommend to anyone.

I was very pleasently surprised with the high level of customer service, very tasty and well cooked food and quiet comfortable rooms I experienced during my stay at this hotel. Good value for money despite it's London position.

I'll keep this short as the hotel is a premier inn and yes it ticks all the usual premier inn standards, the hotel looks a bit run down externally but don't let that worry you, the rooms and hotel are fresh. The hotel is out of London so unless your using it like us for the apollo then it's a visit to the nearby tube station and a short journey into the capital. Harrods is only a few stops away. The thing that makes this hotel the best premier inn we have ever stopped in is the staff, there all friendly, professional and give you that bit extra customer care, they can't be faulted. The food, service and general atmosphere in this place is fantastic. I for one will be staying here again even though it's a it out of town it's worth the bit extra journey time, thanks P.I.
Onee fault is the car park, basically there's the smallest car park with a dozen or so places, at fifteen quid it's pricey as well but if your like us and you have a young family then a car in the car park is just a bit of added help, get here early!!
