Up in London for a concert and this hotel is good for that type of trip. Hotel is big but lean, close to tube and with plenty of parking. Had a slight issue in the restaurant but it was dealt with superbly by Carlos the duty manager. Will definitely use again

For a central London Hotel the Ibis represents good value for money. Ample space in the bedrooms with well appointed bathrooms.
Safe parking underground.
The staff could not have been more helpful.
Exhibitors at Earls Court or just visitors are in the Exhibition Centre in minutes.

Called the Ibis a day or two prior to our arrival date tFo organize an early check-in availability of getting a better room as I had worked as Front Office Shift Leader at this hotel property many years ago when it was still the Ramada West London. As we were celebrating our 2nd honeymoon, I was very excited to show my husband where I used to live (around the corner in Redcliffe Gardens), play (at The Troubadour) and work!

To sum up the experience - very poor communication especially with consierge and management. Lacking in warmth and hospitality. I get that it is a budget hotel and it is predominantly staffed by foreign workers but there are cheaper hotels out there that make you feel welcome and will go out of their way to ensure you have a good stay. If you want a quick basic, head down on pillow, in/out experience this is probably the place for you.
