We have stayed at the Sheraton Park Tower on many occasions over the last three years and its a very good hotel that is in a perfect location (for Harrods and Harvey Nicks!). Rooms are not large but they are sufficient, staff are always helpful and friendly and the whole place is practical and efficient. However it lacks atmosphere and style if that happens to be important to you. Breakfasts offer a very wide choice and the fish restaurnt has won awards - although we've not been as there are so many restaurants nearby. Room rates can vary quite a lot according to the time of year and so it can seem very expensive if you need to book during a peak period. For a one or two night stop over its perfect

Great location and where it's situated facing Lourdes Square it is relatively quiet. The rooms were very clean and brand new (I've stayed in two separate) with new hardwood floors vs. carpet, which is nice. The staff is very friendly and the piano bar in the lobby is a nice retreat for a quiet drink or dinner (especially if you are working and there during the week). I've been commuting to London from Chicago and am usually a Starwood guy regardless and have stayed at the W, St. Regis, and Meridien and am going to select this one as my go forward Starwood hotel in London.

I have stayed at this property a few times and I have to say I love it.
The rooms are well appointed and have a modern decor. The beds are "sweet sleeper beds" and for a person like me with a bad back this is a blessing because it guarantees a good night's sleep.
The reception is efficient and friendly and the conciergedesk is outstanding, there is nothing they can't organise.
They are well prepared for food allergies/special requests so one can eat here and feel safe.
If I was to pick something bad I would say that the room service can be a bit of a hit and miss, depending who is on shift I assume. Also, if possible try to avoid staying at the end of July because it is very busy and can get a bit noisy but this is the only time I have noticed that.

My stay was only one night. In that brief time, I was very impressed by the level of service. I arrived at 11am, which is long before their published check in time. Because my room was not ready, the front desk attendant called up to housecleaning to expedite the preparation of my room. In the meantime, they gave me a free drink voucher for the Piano Lounge. There wasn't the hand-holding you get at a true luxury property, but I'm not really into that anyway.

The hotel and my room were very nice, but slightly dated. It doesn't exceed expectations.

I got an excellent rate for my stay because it was during the dead of winter. Depending on my target neighborhood, this would be a hotel I would visit again..although at a higher price, I would be tempted to try something newer out.
