“A bit of a false start, but well sorted out”

Walked into the 'non-smoking' room & reeled out from the fumes - but soon got sorted out into a different room, so not too much drama. Hotel is exceptionally convenient, albeit that the facade was still being renovated. the room (for 3) was very comfortable & we would be happy to stay here again if we are in London for a few days.

Very clean modern hotel good price friendly polite staff lovely breakfast ,bedrooms very clean and modern. close to Oxford st and other attractions and places of interest would definitely stay again. only complaint no fridge in room

“Great value - nice clean and modern hotel in central London”

Very reasonably priced hotel (for London), attentive and friendly staff, great breakfasts! The hotel has recently been refurbished and is all very clean and fresh. It has everything you would need for your stay (free wifi hotel wide, hair dryer, iron and ironing board, room service until late, laptop safe, coffee & tea making facilities with free water and biscuits - no fridge/mini bar although we didn't miss it). Would definitely stay again the next time I'm in London. Our only complaint was that the fire alarm went off a few times during the night and early morning both of the nights we were there, which is obviously a minor thing. Great stay overall.
