the hotel is in a great location for galleries, theatre, shopping and sight seeing
The hotel room was very small for the fairly high 'out of season rate' but very clean and well decorated.......on the down side, our room 509 was located next to noisy air conditioning ducting at the rear of the hotel....there was a constant loud droning noise coming from it.....perhaps updated glazing could remedy this?......i requested a different room because of the noise, the receptionist said that there was nothing he could do at such a late hour and he would pass the details on to the day shift......this request wasnt followed up by reception!
We had also found on two seperate evenings, glasses and ice buckets had been dumped directly outside our door, this was reported to reception with nothing actioned and needed follow up phone calls to get them moved.....it seemed the staff couldnt be bothered!
The cooked breakfast was mediocre at best but there was a good continental selection.
i have previously stayed in Radissons I wouldnt use this hotel again.
Room Tip: choose a room to the front of the hotel as rooms at the rear looks out onto the fire escape and air...
