I thought that this hotel did an excellent job of meeting every need!

I was with two other female travellers (20-26 yrs old), we had just got off of a tour of europe and we were absolutely sick of staying in hostels and bunkbeds. I found this place online for only 70 pound a night for 3 beds.
The value was incredible. The service was fantastic... helped us up the stairs with all of our luggage... included full english breakfast with as many "seconds" as you liked (eggs, bacon, toast, sausage, coffee juice etc.) and they were always there for information! They even let us leave our luggage in their office for a week while we went off on another tour.

It was only a 10 minute walk to the closest metro station and it was on the picadilly line which is perfect if you want to go in and out of the main tourist areas and downtown.

I thought that Boston Manor did an excellent job and I was most certainly recommend this place to anyone!

Three of us stayed in a triple room for one night. The hotel in general was slightly rough around the edges but offered good value for money. Would stay again.

“It's utterly disgusting - BED BUGS!!!”

I wouldn't rabid dogs stay here. It is atrocious! The price isn't low enough for this hell hole. I too was a victim of BED BUGS!!! The room was filthy, my partner and I didn't want to use the mouldy shower. The toilet was filthy. There were mouse traps in the room. The quilt was black and looked about 20 years old. Utter HELL

I would like to take this opportunity to introduce myself to you as the hotel General Manager and would like to respond to your comments listed.
I would firstly apologise for the delay in response and thank you for your comments. We value customer responses and tend to pride ourselves on repeat business, a small friendly, professional, family hotel. We take each customer comment seriously and address each concern personally.
We have investigated each and every bedroom and have subsequently cleansed some rooms vigorously by way of a complete refurbishment. We have had a certified company pest control and cleansing certificate awarded and have committed to a quarterly inspection.
We can only sincerely apologise and wish to offer you a complimentary return to the hotel and would be delighted to offer you the chance to alter your impression of us.

This quirky and characterful establishment offers good-value basic accommodation. A clean, comfortable bed and a decent breakfast make up for any minor shortcomings in the room facilities (you might want to bring your own basin plug) and this is fine for overnight business trips. Easy access makes it a good base from which to reach west London and flexible check-in/check-out times are available if you ask nicely!

This hotel is beautiful and immaculate. It is very well maintained and spotless. We were treated exceptionally well by all staff. We enjoyed every minute of our stay and we will be back again soon. Brilliant!!!!!!!
