Stayed at this hotel on the 13th February 2012, i was given a warm welcome by the staff. Room was in immaculate condition, did have a slight fault with the tv but one call to the reception and a portor arrived and fixed the tv. I just want to say the staff in this hotel are so helpfull and very attentive. Breakfast was great their was a variety of food to choose from and it was tasty. Just want to say a BIG thank you to the hotel manager Gagan he was fantastic and one of the staff Kazim he was so helpfull and provided excellent service. I have stayed in many hotels in London but i will honestly have to admit this is one of the best and i would highly recommend this to all my family and friends and most defiantly stay again.

Stayed in this hotel for a couple of nights and was given a warm welcome. We did have breakfast which was very good, as was our room.The staff were every helpful even gave suggestions on places to visited in London. All of the staff without exception were very friendly , especially the the man at the reception....Gagan......

Room tiny. heating - not working. TV internet - not working. Breakfast - shameful : tiny over-crowded dining-room; poor barely-warm food, machine coffee. Mini-gym: two machines, both broken and unusable.

Location OK. Staff OK.

Overall: disappointing.

We have just returned from a 3 night stay at this hotel. We did have a problem with the room but the great thing was the staff especially Gargan the manager could not have been more helpful. We would definately recommend this hotel to anyone. The location was perfect. The room were very comfortable to. Would definately make a return visit.
