We stayed for one night in this hotel, as we were attending an event at the Olympia centre. The hotel was in a perfect location for this as we could walk to the Olympia and also back to the train station the following day. The hotel staff was very kind and very helpful and gave us an upgrade to the executive room. The hotel is very stylish and very clean. The room is nicely decorated and has all expected comforts. In our upgraded room there was even a small kitchenette! The room was not extremely big, but this is to be expected in London and the room was definitely great value for the price we paid. Rooms are laid on many floors, so be prepared to walk up many stairs, especially if you get the executive room.
Only negative point is that they do not serve breakfast in the hotel, however there are a lots of nice bars and restaurants nearby. We would definitely recommend this hotel.

Stayed one night for exhibition. Great location for Earl's Court. We had two rooms........BRILLIANT accomodation with everything you'd need for a night in London. Receptionist on check-in Friday 3rd Feb was EXTREMELY helpful and nothing was too much trouble. We left our luggage there yesterday and the staff were fantastic........friendly and obliging. Our rooms were warm (coldest night of 2012!), beds comfortable and rooms furnished with all necessities including iPod docking etc and a small kitchen.

A great find. Nothing was too much trouble for the staff, the rooms had character and were spotlessly clean. Good location close to Olympia - I'll be back!
