Good apartment - not facing the southern side as promised but the back "dark" garden, i.e. almost no sunshine at all from any window.
After checking-out the apartments were given to MONDO, i.e. MiNC was not managing this property any more.

MiNC never issue a receipt of invoice for the almost 3000 pounds paid, and despite the fact that we have been trying to find them on the phone or via email for over 6 weeks now, they never respond to any of our emails or voice mails or phone calls.

MONDO claimed that MiNC is not responsible for issuing any documents and that they cannot find anyone from MiNC and that MiNC is not responding to MONDO's emails either. MONDO said that they do realise the problem but they cannot do anything.


Terrible organised, non-existent customer service, overpriced.

Look for a hotel instead.

We had booked a 2 bed room apartment for our group of two couples for two nights. I got an email, a text message and a phone call all confirming our booking and the instructions on how to get into the building and our apartment and I was impressed with how thorough they were.
However when we arrived after a long flight to Australia we found that our apartment only had 1 bedroom and didn't even have a sofa bed. I called the emergency number and on the third try got through. The man (Stephen?) was very nice and said he would get back to me as soon as he could. We were tired and hungry so went to get some food from a nearby pub. As we were finishing eating I got a call to say the operations manager would meet us at the apartment.
He arrived (after being called away from his birthday dinner) and told us that our apartment had been converted into two 1 bedroom apartments due to flooding and because we had booked so far in advance no one had picked up that we needed the two bedrooms. He had a studio apartment in a nearby building that the other couple staying with us moved to. They did offer to pay the taxi to transfer the luggage but they chose to walk as it was only 5-10 minutes away. So it wasn't the best start to our holiday but at least we all had a bed to sleep in.
The apartment on first entering was nice but on closer inspection there were maintenance issues, paint peeling off in the bathroom, scuff marks on the floor, and none of the power points worked so we couldn't watch tv or charge our phones or computer. (This was fixed the next day)
The apartments are in the financial district so there's not much open on weekends or later at night, but its close to St Pauls tube station.
On our second day I got a call to check that everything was ok after the mix up and I requested a late check out of 12 noon for one of the apartments and they said that was fine. On the day we left we were heading back to the apartment at about 11:30 to pick up our things and I got a call asking why we had not checked out yet so I had to explain we had arranged a late check out.
So the apartments were ok value and the staff were very nice but didn't seem to communicate and the mix ups were pretty frustrating.

Stayed for two nights in mid February.

Good location for working in the City and for Central line tube.

Flat was fairly clean, although towels looked a bit grubby. Shower drain clogged with hair etc so the shower pan filled up very quickly. Kitchen was well equipped and all utilities seemd to work fine.

Sitting room furniture was in desperate need of a deep clean or replacing. TV digital box didn't work.

Rooms were a bit stark.

Check-in service was excellent. Staff sent me check-in codes and offered to meet me at the apartment to show me round etc.

Overall, it was ok. Just could do with being a bit cleaner/better maintained and just a bit less stark (maybe nicer blinds or curtains)
