If you're looking to get away and relax while you're in Liverpool, stay here. It's located near the city centre and Liverpool One, everything seems to be just steps away. If you're a Beatles fan and want some personalized tours, or want to go cheer on the Reds from the Kop, talk to Phil downstairs, he has the keys to the city.
Don't get the breakfast here, it is overpriced. Head down the street to one of the pubs :)

I've stayed in the hotel only 2 nights coz the hotel was full at the time. The hotel beautiful decorated with full of Beatless pictures. The ambiance is warm during windy and cold summer. Their amenities have a class. one of the front lady showed us the John Lenon suite beautiful white room with grand piano. It's different and good to try. I have no idea about the worth of money coz we got best deal of rate. We were so lucky with condition of the deal. This is boutique hotel the best that we have ever stayed. The breakfast is simple.

Stayed here for one night on a flying visit to Liverpool. Full disclosure: am rabid Beatles fan and have been so afflicted since a reasonably young age. Am also a little bit familiar with Liverpool as myself and my mates used to visit to pay homage at the various Beatle shrines around the city. This hotel is about 30 feet from the Cavern Club, so it's got that going for it to start with :-)

Hotel is all Beatle themed - from music playing, to the images around the lobby, corridors and rooms, and so on. It's basically a nice hotel, in a grab location in the city centre, ideally positioned for bars, restaurants and clubs.

Would recommend it - but if you're a hardcore Beatles fan, it won't necessarily have anything special for you: it;s basically been decorated in Beatle. When you subtract the decoration - it's a decent hotel in a great location!

Stayed here as last minute birthday treat. Staff very nice, no problems at all. Decor is lovely, Beatles pictures dotted around but isnt over the top. Our room was 302, spacious enough, nice bathroom, big comfy bed.We had a drink in bar and service was great, there just wasnt enough places to sit. We returned to our room about 10pm after being out all day and initially had no problems falling asleep. That changed from about midnight when we were woken by all the noise from Matthew Street. Obviously, we expected some noise but this went on til about 4am. Before we left we had a closer look at the windows. We were surpised that they were quite old and only single glazed. The hotel really needs to get these windows double or even tripple glazed, as reading through other reviews this is a massive problem. Yes, if you stay at a city centre hotel next to the Cavern on a Saturday night, you expect a bit of noise. But I would have also expected the hotel to do everthing it can to limit this for its customers that have paid a lot of money to sleep there. All in all, I would definately stay again, but I would request a quiet room.
